JOB SUMMARY: kWorks with departmental Medical Director(s) and Division Vice President(s) to provide administrative leadership assistance to the operations of assigned department(s). Responsible for business and market development and all regulatory activities.
Partners with the department Medical Director and reports to the Division Vice President. Provides operational leadership to all departments associated with the leadership responsibility of the partnering Director(s). COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS: Demonstrated strong analytical, strategic and tactical planning skills.
Demonstrated an advanced business expertise (i.e. Business Plan Development, Budget Development & Analysis, Market Analysis).
Demonstrated excellent oral and written interpersonal communication skills.
Demonstrated leadership, facilitation, coaching and networking skills.
Demonstrated decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated a working knowledge of all relevant software for clinical and business software systems.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's Degree in a Healthcare, Business or related field required. Master's Degree in Business or related field preferred.
Minimum of five (5) years supervisory and/or management experience in a healthcare setting required. Physician relations experience required.
WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Work is typically performed in an office environment.
