Overview In collaboration with patients and families, the physical therapist is responsible for providing safe and effective delivery of patient care within scope of practice for a range of diagnoses. For example, gross motor development delay, torticollis, cerebral palsy, and orthopedic injuries. This includes examination, evaluation, planning, intervention and establishing outcomes. The physical therapist will work closely in conjunction with a dynamic and collaborative interdisciplinary team that includes occupational therapists and speech-language pathologists. This is a benefit and PTO eligible position that is authorized for 56 hours per two week pay periodwith preferred availability on Mondays and Fridays. The physical therapist partners with the patient and family while performing the Evaluation/Re-evaluation
