This position is located in the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Service (PM&RS) at the George E. Wahlen VA Salt Lake City Health Care System, Salt Lake City, Utah. The Staff Occupational Therapist (OT) for Home Based Primary Care serves as an independent clinical OT responsible for evaluation and treatment of patients that have a wide variety of medical diagnoses and functional deficits seen in VASLCHCS.
