Physician owned and Board led multispecialty physician group seeks Chief Executive Officer possessing extensive experience in leading a large organization with multiple stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have a strong financial and strategic background. Must be able to navigate the complex challenges necessary to enhance the organization’s position while maintaining group independence in the transition to value-based care.

The organization has 65 physicians, 25 advanced practice practitioners, over 450 staff and 2 locations in East Central Iowa. Candidate must be willing to relocate to area. Position offers a competitive salary, benefits and bonus potential.
