Overview In collaboration with patients and families, the Occupational Therapist is responsible for providing safe and effective delivery of patient care within the scope of practice. This includes examination, evaluation, diagnosis, planning, intervention and establishing outcomes. Based out of WoodWind's Hospital. Minimum requirement of 1 W/E per month, with the ability to pick up additional weekday or weekend shifts. The occupational therapist partners with the patient and family while performing evaluation/re-evaluation
Develops an individualized plan of care through coordination with the patient and family
Partners with patients and families to provide skilled intervention
