STROGER HOSPITAL SHIFT: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM SALARY: COMMENSURATE WITH EXPERIENCE JOB SUMMARY SEIU 73 Under direct supervision of a Physical Therapist (PT), the Physical Therapy Assistant, Bilingual (PTA) provides physical therapy treatments to patients at Cook County Health (CCH). The Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) follows the treatment plan designed by the supervising therapist and reports the patient's response to treatment including any unusual occurrences. Documents all patients' treatment interventions. Assists in routine maintenance of therapy equipment and the therapy area Performs other duties as required.
