DescriptionSummary:Transcribes letters, medical reports and other patient data under the direct supervision of the physician, including (but not limited to) comprehensive history and physicals, letters, consults and procedures. Verifies accuracy of information by proof reading all documents. Assists with patient flow through the clinic. Accompanies patient to other areas as directed. Performs other duties as assigned, including (but not limited to) answering telephones, preparing documents for scanning, filing reports, etc. Attends all required staff meetings and educational offerings.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent. 0-1 (year) experience Basic typing and computer skills.
