GENERAL OVERVIEW: The Registration & Coding Administration Support Specialist (RCASS) is responsible for patient registration into billing systems and administrative functions that support timely and accurate billing for patient's specialty services. This position works closely with coders, providers, the Trauma Trust administration team as well as hospital billing and patient access departments. Work situations are routine and require a service-oriented individual, with skills in problem resolution, accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
