The Enterprise Regional Director of Operations will commit to developing teams that will provide administrative and operational leadership to create the highest quality and cost-effective healthcare within our integrated delivery system. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the Medical Group, the Enterprise Regional Director of Operations will be accountable for identifying and implementing opportunities to meet organizational strategic goals, optimize operational performance, physician alignment, patient experience, financial performance, and provider and staff engagement.This will be an active participant role and work collaboratively with other leadership teams to continually assess, development, implement, and achieve the medical group's goals, strategies, and outcomes. The Enterprise Regional Director of Operations will work closely with corporate leadership teams, entity leadership teams, and physician leaders in the development planning, network development, practice acquisition and physician recruitment to ensure the ability to provide high quality, accessible care to the communities it serves.Important to this role is understanding the leadership expectations of this position and the entire leadership team throughout the organization. Each leader must have a personal and professional connection to the Mission of this Christian organization. This position must be a team player themselves and contribute toward a Team centered approach that lends itself to ensuring "team before self". This position will invite others into their work to be fully Transparent with the activities of this position, allowing for celebration of success and learnings through opportunities for change. This position will be a change agent for the health system by being bold in our thoughts and actions that generate the need for Urgency as we forge ahead as the thought leader in the industry. Finally, the individual must demonstrate personal and professional Accountability to the community, associates, physicians, and sponsors for performance that this position and its team complete.What You Bring/Job Requirements:In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: * Bachelor's degree, required. MBA, preferred.* Seven (7) years progressive responsibiliyt in outpatient healthcare administration to include supervisory and leadership experience.* Previous operational oversight of at least 100 providers. Your Connected Community:When people and places align, incredible things happen.
