Carle Health is seeking an additional BE/BC Family Medicine physician to join our outpatient clinic in Rantoul, Illinois.

Practice Details Include:

• Established outpatient-only practice
• Patient Center Medical Home Model
• Qualifies for RIMSAP/IDPH loan obligation
• Clinic houses its own lab services, imaging department, and physical therapy
• Able to consult with specialists across the organization
