WHAT WE NEED:

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Infectious Disease Physician to join our team and meet the growing demands for our hospital based infectious disease services located at FPN Infectious Disease Lafayette in Lafayette, Indiana, with virtual outreach responsibilities within our Infectious Disease Department throughout Western Indiana. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Ideal candidate will have excellent diagnostic skills, with a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will be a quick thinker, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Physician will display exceptional interpersonal skills while working collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of care.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

• Split hospital- and office- based practice
• Average outpatient volume: 5 - 8 patients per day
• Average inpatient volume: 10 - 15 patients per day
• Collaborate with Physicians and Nurse Practitioners within our Indiana Infectious Disease Department
• General ID services in a community hospital with:
  • Various surgical and medical specialties including Cancer Center, Cardiovascular Surgery & Orthopedics
  • Full Interventional Radiology, Cardiology and Gastroenterology
• Virtual outreach within our Indiana Infectious Disease Department throughout Western Indiana
• Strong mentorship possibilities

Qualifications:

• Doctorate - Required
• Physician License (DR) - Upon Hire Required and
• Board Certification in Specialty Discipline (or eligibility if appropriate) - Upon Hire Required and
• Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association Upon Hire Required
