St. Peter's Health Partners Medical Associates is seeking a fellowship trained Cardiac Electrophysiologist to join the esteemed team at Cardiology Associates of Schenectady on a full-time basis.
The EP Cardiologist will become a valued member of a team of EP cardiologists at a state-of-the-art heart program located in Schenectady, New York. Since its establishment in 1990, Cardiology Associates of Schenectady has consistently been at the forefront of providing exceptional cardiovascular care to the residents of Schenectady, Saratoga counties, and the surrounding areas.
With a team of 25 highly skilled cardiologists and 17 APPs, Cardiology Associates of Schenectady presently offers a comprehensive range of cardiovascular testing, diagnostic, and treatment services to the communities of Schenectady, Montgomery, Fulton, and Saratoga counties.

POSITION DETAILS/ OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTS:
Full-time, 50/50 inpatient/outpatient
General Cardiology call rotation - 1:5 for weekends and 1:12 for weekdays
We offer comprehensive EP services, encompassing various procedures such as device implantation, ablation for SVT, A Fib, VT, and Watchman implantation.
Cardiac Cath Lab, Coronary and Peripheral Diagnostic and Therapeutic Interventions
Dedicated EP Lab to support catheter ablation and device implantation.
Clinical procedures include devices and ablations, EECP.
The hospital facility has two cath labs with peripheral capabilities and one hybrid lab.
Our device clinic is primarily managed by Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) with oversight from Electrophysiologists. We currently have two board-certified Electrophysiologists.
We have established a prominent presence in cardiovascular care within the Capital Region, with offices currently situated in Amsterdam, Clifton Park, Glenville, Gloversville, and Schenectady, NY.

The ideal candidate will be Board Certified/Eligible in Cardiology and Electrophysiology with training and experience in complex ablations.
Interest in both inpatient and outpatient care provision
NYS license

RECRUITMENT PACKAGE
St. Peter's Health Partners Medical Associates offers a comprehensive salary and compensation package that includes:
Compensation is between $550,000 and $575,000 per year.
The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
