- Emergency Room staffed with Board-Certified Emergency Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers
- ICU managed 24/7 by hospitalists and monitored through Mercy?s Virtual Care Center

- Epic EMR across the Mercy system for continuity of care
- Access to DAX Copilot (Dragon Ambient experience) for real-time clinical documentation and improved workflow efficiency
