Must be dependable, professional, and able to represent Outreach Phlebotomy positively at all times.
Operational Hours
Operational hours: Monday-Friday No weekends or holidays are required for this role.
Time range:0530-1730 Shifts will vary
Coordinator coverage begins at 0530 to take call responsibilities and assist with daily scheduling needs.

Role Purpose
Responsible for the oversite of all technical functions for Specimen Collection and Processing.
Responsibilities
Supervises laboratory activities to ensure that procedures are performed promptly, accurately, and precisely according to department and hospital policies and procedures.
May participate in the development of departmental staffing, revenue and/or expense budgets and having direct responsibility for adhering to those goals. This includes responding to changes in the business which may affect the ability to achieve the budget goals.
Ensures Compliance with the Regulatory Guidelines.
